Job Description
As an AI Strategy Manager at Innate AI, you will own the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment. You will translate vague business problems into working AI solutions for clients with up to £200m turnover, managing developers and building prototypes to ensure high-impact delivery that transforms legacy spreadsheet processes into automated systems.

What You Will Do
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to analyze business processes and identify high-ROI opportunities for AI integration within legacy workflows.
- Design product flows and build rapid prototypes using tools like Claude Code and Google Stitch to demonstrate tangible value to clients within two weeks.
- Manage developers daily by writing technical tickets, reviewing GitHub pull requests, and iterating on prompt engineering to ensure robust, production-grade output.
The ideal candidate
- Professional background with 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting or product management, backed by a strong academic record and technical curiosity.
- Highly proficient with modern AI tooling and developer workflows, including GitHub, Vercel, and Claude, with the ability to bridge the gap between code and strategy.
- Exceptional communicator capable of managing senior stakeholders, defending project scope, and translating complex technical decisions into plain, actionable business terms.
