Job Description

Working directly with the Director of AI, Systems and Innovation, you will translate a fast-moving innovation agenda into operational reality.

You’ll audit existing workflows, build agentic AI systems, and roll out tooling across the business.

This is a high-autonomy role for a builder ready to redefine how a modern L&D studio operates.

What You Will Do

  • Translate the innovation vision into executable workstreams, shipping AI-driven solutions that redesign workflows across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Build, test, and deploy agentic AI workflows and tooling, then lead change management by training the internal team on these new capabilities.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and prototype custom solutions to act as a force multiplier for the entire business.
  • The ideal candidate
  • Possesses 1-2 years of experience with deep, practical fluency in LLMs, automation tools, and deploying AI-enabled workflows in professional contexts.
  • Demonstrates a builder/operator mindset, ideally through founding a project, shipping side ventures, or independently creating systems in previous roles.
  • Exhibits consulting-grade analytical skills and commercial literacy, capable of diagnosing functional problems and implementing working solutions in a fast-paced environment.
