Working directly with repeat founders who sold companies to TikTok, you will build end-to-end software that processes real transactions, reviews patient records, and generates measurable economic value.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build end-to-end AI software systems, from initial client scoping to shipping production-ready code that handles live transactions.
- Collaborate directly with leadership teams at client sites, including PE funds and global distributors, to integrate AI into their core workflows.
- Rapidly iterate on frontier models and tooling to determine what actually scales in high-stakes business environments versus what is just hype.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems, not just features.
- Demonstrated agency and initiative through significant side projects, open-source contributions, or a history of high performance in non-technical fields.
- Strong business curiosity and communication skills to effectively translate complex technical solutions for non-technical leadership and stakeholders.
