You will own and scale a portfolio of marketplace customers, including vintage stores and enterprise buyers, driving 10-20% month-on-month growth. By leveraging AI-powered workflows and deep commercial insight, you’ll solve operational pain points and increase wallet share to help fix the world's broken fashion supply chain.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive 10-20% monthly growth in retention and wallet share for a portfolio of customers spending £5k-£15k+ monthly.
  • Build and implement AI-powered workflows to automate repeatable tasks and scale your ability to manage high-quality account relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and ops teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements that resolve delivery and stock visibility issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or account management role within an early-stage, high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset with recent experience building AI tools or automated workflows to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial resilience and systems-thinking ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where processes are still being defined and optimized.
