What You Will Do:
- Drive 10-20% monthly growth in retention and wallet share for a portfolio of customers spending £5k-£15k+ monthly.
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows to automate repeatable tasks and scale your ability to manage high-quality account relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and ops teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements that resolve delivery and stock visibility issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or account management role within an early-stage, high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with recent experience building AI tools or automated workflows to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
