Job Description
You will own a high-growth portfolio of business customers, driving monthly retention and wallet share expansion. As a core member of the commercial team, you will build AI-enabled workflows to scale account management and bridge the gap between traditional offline supply chains and a modern digital marketplace platform.

The ideal candidate
- 2+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles, specifically working with SMBs or retail entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with experience building automated workflows or implementing AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Resilient, self-motivated builder who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes absolute ownership of performance metrics.
