You will own end‑to‑end technical hiring for Fleek's Engineering and Product teams in London. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll move beyond simple seat‑filling to architect hiring frameworks, calibrate with leadership, and integrate AI into workflows. This role is pivotal in scaling the team fixing the world's broken secondhand supply chain.
