Job Description: This 0→1 role translates cutting-edge computational discovery technology and experimental workflows into partner-ready trait programs. Reporting to the CEO, you will define the product roadmap, lead customer discovery with global seed companies, and bridge the gap between machine learning, lab science, and commercial value to help solve global food sustainability challenges.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with ML engineers and scientists to refine the discovery software roadmap and co-design lab assays that accelerate experimental validation.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in product or strategy roles within biotech, deep-tech, or life sciences, with a history of translating technical capabilities into products.
- Strong technical background in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, or machine learning for life sciences.
- Exceptional ownership and structured thinking skills, with the ability to navigate high ambiguity and bridge communication between scientists and engineers.
