What you will do:

- Prototype and ship AI-powered improvements such as automated code review tooling, intelligent alerting, and internal assistants for non-technical teams.
The ideal candidate:
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and a high bar for software architecture and engineering standards.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers in a hands-on capacity while successfully delivering complex technical projects in a production environment.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into real products, with a curiosity for emerging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG pipelines.
