As the first dedicated holistic Money Coach, you will build a new coaching function from the ground up for a mission-driven platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. You will deliver personalized guidance on pensions, tax, and investments, creating the scalable frameworks and digital processes that define the future of financial wellbeing.

Location: Remote, UK

What you will do:

  • Deliver 1-to-1 and group coaching sessions covering the full personal finance spectrum, from first-home savings to complex retirement planning.
  • Design and iterate scalable coaching frameworks, scripts, and processes that maintain a personal touch while utilizing AI technology.
  • Present educational webinars and consumer-facing events to engage diverse audiences and guide them toward appropriate financial product solutions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in financial advice or coaching.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of UK taxation, pensions, and investment principles with the ability to simplify complex concepts for lay audiences.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building client relationships and converting engagement into positive financial outcomes.
