As a Security Engineer, you will shape information security across infrastructure, product, and compliance. Working in a high-impact team with direct mentorship, you will implement security tooling, embed secure-by-design practices, and lead risk assessments. What you will do
- Implement and manage core security tooling including endpoint protection, MDM, and access controls as the business grows
- Embed secure-by-design practices into the SDLC through threat modeling, design reviews, and secure coding standards
- Proactively monitor systems for irregular behaviour and design advanced detection and prevention mechanisms across cloud infrastructure
The ideal candidate
- Hands-on experience deploying security tools like EDR or ZTNA and navigating the Microsoft security ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune)
- Solid foundations in cloud infrastructure and industry standards such as OWASP Top 10 and AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Proven ability to automate security tasks using Python or PowerShell while translating technical controls into audit-ready policies
