You will join a scaling fintech firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead design within the critical treasury domain. What you will do:

• Own the design strategy for the treasury domain, shaping how users interact with funding and account management systems.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate technical constraints and deliver high‐quality, production‐ready designs.
• Evangelize design best practices across the organization to raise the bar for craft quality and customer‐centricity.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer within the fintech or payments sector, showcasing a high level of visual craft.
• Strong ability to manage end‐to‐end design processes from initial discovery and user empathy to technical delivery.
• Comfortable operating in fast‐paced, evolving environments where you can embrace ambiguity and help define design culture.
