We are seeking a skilled Bioprocess Engineer to drive the scale-up of microbial fermentation processes. You will lead the transition from bench-top systems to pilot-scale production, optimizing yields and ensuring operational excellence. This role is critical for developing high-impact biological products within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on deep-tech applications.

What you will do:
- Design, execute, and optimize microbial fermentation runs from initial lab-scale testing through to 100L+ pilot-scale operations.

- Analyze fermentation data to iterate on process parameters and provide technical insights for downstream integration.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds at least 3 years of industrial experience outside of academia specifically focused on microbial fermentation and process scale-up.
- Possesses hands-on expertise with a variety of organisms, including yeast, and has managed complex sterility requirements in industrial settings.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of operating pilot-scale bioreactors and translating experimental results into robust industrial protocols.
