Join a high-growth HR tech leader as a dual-impact HR Manager. You will provide hands-on generalist support for UK and India teams while spearheading the global Learning & Development strategy from scratch. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role offers the autonomy to build scalable frameworks for 270+ global employees.

Location: Remote (UK or India)

  • Act as a cultural change agent during M&A activity, facilitating integration roadmaps and aligning teams under a shared company identity.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a Manager-level generalist role covering UK and Indian employment legislation.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering global L&D strategies and training programs from scratch in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong cross-cultural awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different time zones.
