By bridging the gap between prolific content creation and strategic distribution, you'll build autonomous, AI-powered systems that turn top-tier insights into a predictable pipeline of venture-backed CEOs, scaling one of tech's most impactful coaching brands.

  • Build and manage an AI-powered distribution system across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and email to turn consistent output into a steady flow of inbound leads.
  • Optimize the full conversion funnel from first impression to booked discovery calls, utilizing data-backed experiments to improve lead magnets and email sequences.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record of building content-driven growth systems and turning a founder's personal brand into measurable business demand.
  • Deep technical fluency in AI, with the ability to build agentic workflows, automated content pipelines, and systems that run without constant manual oversight.
