Job Description: As the first marketing hire, you will build the entire growth engine from scratch for a proprietary oral healthcare brand. Working directly with founders who scaled previous ventures to £70M+ ARR, you’ll own the full funnel—from paid social and CRO to retention—disrupting a stagnant market dominated by Sensodyne.

- Scale the brand’s digital presence by identifying and exploiting high‑growth channels and creating content that resonates with a younger, digitally‑native audience.
The ideal candidate:
- 2–3+ years of hands‑on D2C growth experience at a UK challenger brand (e.g., Huel, Surreal, or Grind) or a fast‑paced performance agency.
