Company Description: S3 Sensitivity Science - High-growth consumer health startup.
Join the founding team of a well-backed oral care startup taking on the £41bn tooth sensitivity market. As our first marketing hire, you will build the growth engine from zero, owning performance channels, creative strategy, and Shopify operations. You will work directly with proven founders who previously built Skin + Me to £40m+ revenue.
Location: London, UK
Why this role is remarkable:
- Partner with an elite founding team including the creator of Skin + Me and former senior leaders from Sensodyne to disrupt a stagnant global market.
- Own the entire marketing function from day one, with the autonomy to build the team, tech stack, and growth strategy for a 2026 launch.
- Leverage patented technology that scientifically outperforms the current market incumbent, supported by a high-conviction, well-funded pre-launch environment in Camden.
What you will do:
- Execute the end-to-end growth strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing budgets and scaling performance marketing channels from scratch.
- Lead the creative flywheel by producing, testing, and iterating on high-converting assets and messaging to rapidly fuel the customer acquisition funnel.
- Manage the technical ecosystem, including Shopify store management, GA4 tracking setup, and the building of high-performance landing pages for rapid message testing.
The ideal candidate:
- 4-6 years of D2C performance marketing experience, ideally within the consumer health, wellness, or e-commerce sectors on lean, high-impact budgets.
- Deep technical proficiency with Shopify, GA4, and multi-channel ad platforms, with a hands-on approach to creative production rather than just agency management.
- A relentless founder’s mindset with a proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you are comfortable challenging the status quo.
