Company Description: Revgentic.com - VC-backed startup building real-time AI sales coaching.

Job Description: Join as a founding engineer at an AI startup that raised $1.6M to transform sales performance. Working directly with the CTO, you will build and own core product features end-to-end. You'll tackle the technical challenges of real-time contextual guidance, shaping the architecture of a platform turning good reps into great ones.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Rare 0-to-1 opportunity to own 1.5% equity in a high-growth startup backed by $1.6M from leading investors and industry-heavyweight advisors.
  • Build at the absolute frontier of AI, moving beyond simple wrappers to create real-time, contextual coaching tools that didn’t exist a year ago.
  • Massive career trajectory with a clear path to becoming a CTO or Engineering Leader as the team scales around your early contributions.

What you will do:

  • Ship core features end-to-end across a React and NestJS stack, moving from initial concept to production experiments with high autonomy.
  • Design and implement foundational architectural decisions that will define how the platform scales as it moves toward Series A.
  • Act as a technical sparring partner to the CTO, translating weekly customer feedback into robust, production-ready code that solves validated pain points.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong command of React, Node.js, and ideally NestJS or MongoDB.
  • Proven track record of high agency, such as founding a company, shipping a significant side project, or being an early hire at a startup.
  • AI-native workflow expertise, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and concurrent agents to accelerate development cycles.
