Antler is looking for exceptional technical founders to build venture-scale, category-defining businesses from scratch. This residency is designed for high-calibre engineers and former co-founders who want to transition from early-stage startup experience to building their own company. You will receive expert guidance and the backing of a global investment platform.

  • Investment Pitch: Pitch your finalized business model to Antler’s investment committee to secure pre-seed funding and global scaling support.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience: Experienced engineer who has worked at venture-backed startups, ideally from Seed through Series C stages.
  • Mindset: Proven "zero-to-one" mindset, demonstrated through experience as a former co-founder or as an early hire in a fast-growing company.
  • Ambition: Possesses a deep-seated desire to become an entrepreneur and the technical expertise to build a scalable product architecture.
