Job Title: Software Engineer Salary: £50-70K + Equity Company Description: Crumb - Legal AI and Marketplace Job Description: Join Crumb as our first dedicated engineering hire to build agentic AI tools and a marketplace for in-house legal teams. You will own the product end-to-end, from frontend to infrastructure, working directly with the technical lead. This is a founding-level role where you will ship features that automate complex legal workflows and eliminate manual processes. Architect and secure our AWS cloud environment, ensuring the platform is scalable and resilient as we expand our user base. The ideal candidate: Proven experience shipping production software with React and Node.js/TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on owning systems end-to-end. Hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure, production webhooks, and managing asynchronous background jobs or scheduled tasks.
