Job Description:
This role is for a senior Paid Media Freelancer who will own the launch and scaling of the company\’s first paid media initiatives. You\’ll balance strategic advisory work with hands-on execution, building full-funnel campaigns, setting best practices, and driving meaningful pipeline impact. There is strong potential for this contract role to convert into a full-time position.

What you will do:

• Launch and scale the company\’s first paid media initiatives, owning strategy and execution end to end

• Advise on channel selection, build ad accounts, manage budgets, and optimise performance

• Establish best practices for forecasting, reporting, experimentation, and ongoing optimisation

The ideal candidate:

• A senior paid media expert with strong full-funnel and attribution knowledge

• Proven experience owning paid media end to end, from strategy through execution and optimisation

• Experimental, adaptable, and comfortable setting standards in a fast-moving environment
