Beyond showcasing our growth, our goal is to value-add by providing practical insights on financial planning, our products, and real life as a Financial Advisor, so viewers can make more informed financial decisions with confidence.

As Jack Financial Group continues to grow, we are looking to build a Social Media Team to document our journey, strengthen our online presence, and value-add to our audience through meaningful, educational, and engaging content. This team will play a key role in showcasing our development, promoting our financial solutions, and sharing authentic insights into life as a Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Document company activities, team events, training sessions, and milestones
  • Develop educational content to value-add to viewers on financial planning, products, and advisory insights
  • Assist in video shooting, basic editing, captions, and posting schedules
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, image, and messaging
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages professionally
  • Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement
  • Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas aligned with the company’s vision
Requirements
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable with photography, videography, and basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work closely with advisors and leadership team
  • Prior experience in social media management is an advantage, but not mandatory
