As a Senior M&A Advisor, you will own the entire deal lifecycle for owner-managed businesses. Leveraging proprietary AI tools like Sage and Sterling, you will manage 5-8 simultaneous sell-side campaigns from onboarding to close. This is a high-impact role for an operator who combines financial rigor with a startup growth mindset.

  • Has 3+ years of end-to-end M&A transaction experience in investment banking, corporate development, or business brokerage, specifically managing the full deal lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates exceptional client-facing confidence and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to guide SMB owners through complex, high-stakes life decisions.
