Company Description

Veremark - Fast-growing Series B HR tech platform

Job Description

Join a high-growth HR tech leader as a dual-impact HR Manager. You will provide hands‑on generalist support for UK and India teams while spearheading the global Learning & Development strategy from scratch. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role offers the autonomy to build scalable frameworks for 270+ global employees.

Location: Remote (UK or India)

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Significant impact opportunity to design and execute a global L&D strategy from the ground up for 270+ employees rather than managing a legacy playbook.
  • High‑growth trajectory at a Series B startup that recently raised $26M and was recognized in the FT 1000 as one of Europe's fastest‑growing companies.
  • True ownership of the employee lifecycle across two key regions, serving as a critical bridge for culture and integration during global scaling.

What you will do:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for UK and India teams, including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and local employment law advisory.
  • Design and deliver engaging global L&D programs, career pathways, and e-learning content to bridge skill gaps and drive internal mobility.
  • Act as a cultural change agent during M&A activity, facilitating integration roadmaps and aligning teams under a shared company identity.

The ideal candidate:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a Manager‑level generalist role covering UK and Indian employment legislation.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering global L&D strategies and training programs from scratch in a fast‑paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong cross‑cultural awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different time zones.
