As an Enterprise Account Manager at Raft, you will own the long-term strategic relationships with global logistics giants, including world‐top 10 freight forwarders. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring clients maximize value from our AI‐driven automation platform to transform their manual supply chain processes.

  • Lead complex contract renewals and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial, long‐term agreements while monitoring key account health metrics.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience managing and growing high-value accounts within the SaaS or enterprise software space, specifically targeting the logistics or supply chain industry.
