HR Officer JACE Clinic Lead, inspire, and shape our workforce. JACE Clinic is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to oversee and enhance our people strategies, ensuring our team thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
