You will be creating unique and personalised travel itineraries that include authentic experiences across Latin America, designed with responsible travel practices in mind. This is a sales-focused role where your main goal is to convert leads into bookings by building strong relationships with our clients. Through frequent and thoughtful phone conversations, you will get to know our guests and their travel needs. You will inspire them with your own passion for and knowledge of travel throughout Latin America. You will provide exceptional customer care before, during, and after travel.
We are looking for a curious and genuine people-person who is enthusiastic about speaking with Jacada guests and forging long-lasting relationships with them.
What You’ll Be Doing- Speaking directly with our guests through frequent phone calls, video calls, and email to gain a comprehensive understanding of their travel needs, interests, and passions.
- Curating bespoke itineraries across Latin America to suit each individual guest personally — seeking to include sustainable, one-of-a-kind hotels and excursions while following responsible travel practices.
- Using various sales techniques to convert leads into sales effectively and consistently.
- Upselling experiences and premium options to enhance the client’s trip.
- Cross-selling alternative locations or destinations if a client’s first choice is unavailable or does not match their needs at the time they want to travel.
- Handling follow-up administrative tasks promptly and accurately, including booking confirmations, invoicing, and updating client records in the CRM system.
- Cultivating connections and building rapport with your guests before, during, and after travel to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Maintaining a highly organised sales pipeline and working efficiently within our CRM and sales systems.
- Responding to any challenging situations efficiently and effectively, always focusing on a positive client experience.
- Collaborating with all departments, DMCs, and the wider company to provide a seamless experience for guests.
- Assisting the marketing team with editorial content and the creation and updating of example plans for Latin American destinations.
- Being prepared to lend a helping hand, particularly when team members are away.
- Maintaining and forging caring, supportive, and professional relationships with DMCs and suppliers on the ground across Latin America.
- Travelling on FAM trips within the region — collaborating with your team, marketing, and operations departments before travel to ensure optimum fact-finding and delivering product training on your return.
- At least one year of experience in travel sales, preferably specialising in Latin America.
- Care deeply about Latin America and have extensive knowledge of the region through first-hand experience.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am–6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Start Date: 9th of March 2026
Salary: Basic salary of £29,525 plus a generous commission structure with a realistic £50,000 to £90,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings). Guaranteed minimum commission topping earnings up to at least £38,000 p.a. for the first 6 months.
