We are looking for a proactive and versatile Junior Digital Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support the delivery of digital marketing across our platforms. This is a broad and varied role spanning email, website, digital content, reporting and SEO support, where you will be hands-on and at the core of our digital team. As Jacada grows there is a need for more on-site messaging, personalised communications and improvements to our customer journeys. You will play a meaningful part in making that happen. You will work closely with in-house digital and collaborate with our content and brand teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, loves travel and is ready to be in a fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Assist the Marketing Executive on building and testing email newsletters and automated workflows using HubSpot. Support audience segmentation and personalisation to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. Maintain list hygiene, manage unsubscribes and improve deliverability and assist with testing of content.
- Website Pages: Support digital team on publishing and updating content edits across the website using WordPress CMS. Build and optimise landing pages to support campaigns and paid activity. Handle day-to-day digital website amends.
- Reporting: Collate digital performance data across channels. Conduct regular competitor analysis covering messaging, UX and content. Maintain dashboards and tracking spreadsheets to support the wider team.
- CRM Management: Segment audiences and support lead nurture workflows. Assist with building smart lists, updating automated sequences and checking for errors or underperforming workflows to improve the customer journey.
- SEO Support: Assist the SEO team with on-page tasks, keyword research, ranking monitoring and technical hygiene. Help maintain internal best practice guidelines for the content and freelance team and stay informed on developments in social search and AI-driven discovery to support the team’s broader organic strategy.
- Digital Project Support: Provide hands-on support across digital marketing projects, collaborating with the wider marketing team on campaign delivery and day-to-day projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable working in CMS platforms
- Experience building email campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and task follow-through
- A problem-solver with a passion for all things digital marketing.
- Enjoys data and spreadsheets
Great to Have
- Experience working on travel or luxury websites
- Interest in positive impact travel
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4 and WordPress

Reports to: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Location: UK-based: Remote with access to London office
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 Dependent on experience
