As a leading luxury tour operator, we pride ourselves on the care and service that go into every client experience. In this role you will be the main point of contact for clients traveling in these regions, assisting before, during and after their trips, creating "Magic Moments," and ensuring an exemplary experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with Travel Designers to handle client requests, details, and post-sales administration.
  • Establishing rapport with clients and suppliers, acting as the company's friendly, efficient, and professional face.
  • Gathering client information via email and phone, recording data in our bespoke booking system, and sharing with DMCs as needed.
  • Responding to client queries promptly and ensuring they receive accurate, up-to-date destination information.
  • Providing professional guidance on Jacada services (tours, restaurant reservations, special requests).
  • Updating client documentation for upcoming trips, including pricing updates.
  • Collecting balance payments, invoicing, and handling payments for additional services.
  • Assisting with trip changes or postponements, proactively offering creative solutions.
  • Designing and arranging “Magic Moments” for each trip, managing personalized perks for clients received via our referral scheme.
  • Preparing final travel documents and ensuring they are sent to clients before departure.
