You will manage a high-value pipeline for luxury travel clients, building deep trust and acting as an expert partner. Through frequent and thoughtful phone conversations, you will get to know our clients, inspire them with your passion for travel, and deliver exceptional service throughout their journey.

We are looking for a naturally curious individual who is sales-motivated, enjoys working towards targets, and is equally passionate about delivering a high-touch, premium service experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain consistent, effective outreach to clients who do not initially respond.
  • Manage a high-contact sales pipeline, consistently meeting commercial and conversion targets while maintaining exceptional customer care.
  • Speak directly with our clients through frequent phone and video calls to gain a comprehensive understanding of them and their travelling companions, including their travel needs, interests, and passions.
  • Guide clients to the best travel decisions, using your expertise to introduce premium options and unique experiences that elevate their trip.
  • Leverage your deep, personal destination expertise from day one to inspire clients, handle regional questions confidently, and bring their dream itineraries to life.
  • Curate bespoke itineraries across Latin America that pair sustainable, unique hotels and experiences with responsible travel practices.
  • Proactively maintain contact with past clients in between their trips to build deep rapport, nurture long-term loyalty, and drive repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain exceptional data hygiene in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Handle administrative tasks quickly and accurately, including booking confirmations, invoicing, and keeping client records up to date.
  • Partner with our post-sales teams to manage real-time feedback or micro-complaints quickly pre-, during, and post-travel.
  • Collaborate closely with your immediate regional team while actively cultivating connections across our wider global teams to share destination insights and support collective success.
  • Happily lend a helping hand to support client care and your colleagues when regional team members are away.
  • Travel on annual FAM trips within your region to keep your destination expertise unparalleled, and support our Positive Impact Collection by recommending unique properties.
What you’re like:
  • Ideally 2+ years in travel sales or a high-contact, relationship-driven sales role.
  • A true regional expert, possessing extensive first-hand travel knowledge and a genuine love for Latin America.
  • Confident using your personal destination insights descriptively and persuasively to capture a client's imagination and close sales.
  • A genuine people-person who loves building deep rapport and moving clients from a transactional mindset to a trusted partnership.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.
  • Sales-motivated and driven by uncapped commission structures and clear performance metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy, understanding that your input impacts success.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
  • Quick to pick up new systems and software, with the ability to confidently navigate a multi-platform environment to manage your workflow efficiently.
  • A creative problem-solver who views complex logistical challenges or client adjustments as opportunities to design innovative solutions.
  • Passionate about responsible travel and aligned with our vision to make positive impact the natural path for luxury travelers.
  • A collaborative team player who looks beyond their immediate desk, eager to invest in meaningful relationships, celebrating diversity and connecting with colleagues across our global network.
