We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This role is based in our London office and focuses on developing and managing business with Japanese and international clients in the UK and Europe. Japanese language skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Japanese and international clients in the UK logistics market
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Promote logistics solutions including freight forwarding (air, ocean), warehousing, and supply chain services
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Strong understanding of air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions
- Fluent Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in the UK
