Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements with freight forwarders and transport providers
  • Manage invoicing and monitor sales and logistics costs
  • Track inventory and sales data; prepare reports
  • Analyse data using Excel (sales, margins, logistics metrics)
  • Liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and customers on delivery schedules
  • Support sales team with timely updates and operational assistance
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage workflow priorities and support process improvements

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or trade administration
