Job Description

Position title: Raw Material Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Coordinator\\nSalary: £ 30-32K + Bonus + Commutation fee\\nLocation: London – Able to work from home 3 days / week\\n\\nContract: Full-Time, Permanent\\n\\nTargeted Start Date: January / February 2026\\nCompany: Industrial-leading Japanese Oil company\\n\\nVisa : Indefinite / Permanent\\n\\n【Purpose of the role】\\nIn accordance with the own group strategy,\\n\\npursue the customer satisfaction and meet the requirements thereof through on-time and in full delivery arrangements.\\n\\nYou always comply with the logistic regulations and taxation correctly.\\n\\n【Responsibilities】\\n\\n * Supply chain Management\\n\\n * Create Sales Orders / Purchase Orders for raw material deliveries.\\n\\n * Update the delivery schedule and send order confirmation to toll blenders.\\n\\n * Confirm the raw material receipt status with toll blenders.\\n\\n * Update the test results data based on the Certificate of Analysis received from suppliers.\\n\\n * Issue AP / AR invoices for payment-related arrangements.\\n\\n * Other\\n\\n * Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment.\\n\\n * Prepare for weekly or monthly report on the market trend of prices of base oil, steel and HDPE.\\n\\n * Participate in meetings with toll blenders and suppliers, and take meeting minutes\\n\\n * Other Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time\\n\\n【Requirements】\\n\\n * [Mandatory]Work experience as a Logistics Coordinator/Administrator, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Administrator or similar role\\n\\n * [Mandatory]Experience in SAP (ERP) systems.\\n\\n * [Mandatory]Experience in Vlookup, Pivot in MS Excel.\\n\\n * Experience in Oil/Lubricant, or chemical products as Logistics Coordinator/Administrator would be a huge advantage.\\n\\n * Expert understanding of Incoterms and import/export procedures and handling with customs agents and goods/shipments clearance would be preferable.\\n\\n * Customer order management and the ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines.\\n\\n * Excellent organisational and time-management skills.\\n\\n * Fluency in English is required to engage in discussions and negotiations with suppliers.\\n\\n * Languages of Japanese / French / Dutch / Italian will be an advantage.\\n\\n【Benefit】\\n\\n * Private medical insurance\\n\\n * Full commuting allowance\\n\\n * Annual health check\\n\\n * Life insurance / income protection\\n\\n * 20 days of annual paid leave +\\n\\n * Approximately 10 days of company holidays
