Purpose of the role: In accordance with the own group strategy, pursue customer satisfaction and meet the requirements thereof through on-time and in full delivery arrangements. You always comply with the logistic regulations and taxation correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Supply chain Management
- Create Sales Orders / Purchase Orders for raw material deliveries.
- Update the delivery schedule and send order confirmation to toll blenders.
- Confirm the raw material receipt status with toll blenders.
- Update the test results data based on the Certificate of Analysis received from suppliers.
- Issue AP / AR invoices for payment-related arrangements.
- Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure a good working environment.
- Prepare for weekly or monthly report on the market trend of prices of base oil, steel and HDPE.
- Participate in meetings with toll blenders and suppliers, and take meeting minutes.
- Other Misc. responsibilities may be added from time to time.
Requirements:
- [Mandatory] Work experience as a Logistics Coordinator/Administrator, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
- [Mandatory] Experience in SAP (ERP) systems.
- [Mandatory] Experience in Vlookup, Pivot in MS Excel. Experience in Oil/Lubricant, or chemical products as Logistics Coordinator/Administrator would be a huge advantage.
- Expert understanding of Incoterms and import/export procedures and handling with customs agents and goods/shipments clearance would be preferable.
- Customer order management and the ability to negotiate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English is required to engage in discussions and negotiations with suppliers. Languages of Japanese / French / Dutch / Italian will be an advantage.
