Responsibilities:
- Driving IT Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and execute the company’s overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Cross functional collaboration: to be bridge between Retail, E-commerce, supply chain, marketing, and finance team.
- Systems & Applications Management: Manage and improve internal systems and business applications to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure correct transfer of pricing, promotions, and product data from SAP S4/HANA to Magento, POS and other channels, maintaining accuracy across multiple currencies.
- Data Conversion, Mapping, and Validation: Oversee data conversion processes, ensuring mapping and synchronization between SAP, Magento, POS, and other connected platforms.
- WMS and Order Management Support: Support end-to-end order management processes by maintaining accurate order flow from placement through fulfillment.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience with SAP, preferably SAP HANA, including direct integration with e-commerce, WMS, or POS systems.
- 5+ years of retail industry experience, preferably luxury or fashion apparel brands experience.
- Proven track record in managing complex integrations across multi-country and multi-currency environments.
- Experience leading or contributing to omnichannel and real-time data initiatives.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SAP S4/HANA integration tools, APIs, and middleware such as SAP CPI or PI/PO.
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and IDoc data formats, with strong SQL and database management skills.
- Knowledge of tax configuration, pricing logic, and multi-currency setup within SAP HANA.
