Job responsibilities:
- SAP Functional Leadership O2C (SD/MM/LE/EWM)
- Own the design, stability, and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA O2C processes across SD, MM, LE, and EWM.
- Configure pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and intercompany flows.
- Ensure accurate tax, VAT, currency handling, and country localisation across the EMEA region.
- Drive continuous improvement in order processing, fulfilment accuracy, and revenue assurance.
- Digital Commerce, Marketplace Magento flows for catalogue, pricing, stock, orders, cancellations, refunds, and returns.
- Manage SAP Tradebyte integrations for marketplaces (Zalando, Rakuten, ASOS future).
- Ensure Cegid POS sales transactions (WPUUMS) and stock corrections post accurately into SAP and SAP CAR.
