Job Description:
- Attend properties managed by the company for inspections, repairs, moving‑in, moving‑out, and bi‑annual management visits.
- Meet with tenants and landlords as required.
- Provide estimates for renovation work.
- Arrange contractor for estimation and repair where possible.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records and use the in‑house system (works, orders, invoices etc.).
- Deal with various maintenance issues within Head Office and company branches.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Driving licence is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organised and strong telephone manner.
- Native level of English and business level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2).
- Excellent communication skills and business manner.
- Flexible, hardworking and proactive approach.

- Property business experience beneficial.
