Seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a team of traders and one of our Partners, as well as provide broader administrative support to senior managers on the trading floor. This role requires a native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills and experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a team of traders and one of our Partners, as well as provide broader administrative support to senior managers on the trading floor. This role requires a native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills and experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
・Provide dedicated support to traders, a Partner, and other senior managers
・Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules
・Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
・Process expenses accurately and promptly
・Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics (room bookings, catering, etc.)
・Organise attendance at corporate events
・Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks
・Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
・Provide cover for other assistants when needed
・Answer calls and relay messages as part of the admin team
・May support various teams or work on UK bank holidays occasionally
Requirements:
・Bachelor’s degree preferred
・Native Japanese speaker with strong English skills (verbal & written)
・Previous experience as a PA or administrator in finance or professional services
・Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Discreet, professional, and proactive
・Able to work independently and in a team
・Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
