Location: West London
Salary: up to 45K
The role:
- Ensuring safety, quality and authenticity of Clearspring branded products and their ongoing compliance with the applicable food regulations, organic standards, company guidelines and other codes of practice;
- Maintaining Clearspring product database, ERP system, product specifications and related QA records with up to date and accurate information;
- Undertaking communications with our suppliers, reviewing and approving suppliers technical documentation to ensure continuous compliance with the relevant regulations, agreed specifications and company standards;
- Assisting with internal and external enquiries for technical information; completing customer questionnaires, new line forms, specifications;
- Responding to customer queries and complaints and investigating them with the suppliers;
- Undertaking necessary QC checks, monitoring, reporting, investigating and closing non-conformances;
- Working closely with the Product Development team during product development process to ensure the compliance of the final product and the product label;
- Actively participating in maintaining company QMS and HACCP plan and keeping up to date with the emerging trends in the fields of food safety and regulations.
