Key Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations between actual and forecast figures, identifying and explaining variances.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and overseas headquarters.
  • Produce and maintain tracking reports related to revenue, costs, and overall performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally to collect, validate, and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Maintain master data and support data uploads across financial and planning systems.
  • Support cashflow reporting, including variance analysis versus budget and prior periods.
  • Contribute to planning cycles such as budget submissions and periodic business reviews.
  • Assist with process improvements and participate in ad‑hoc finance and reporting projects.

What They’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, or forecasting processes is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse financial data.
  • Currently studying (or planning to study) towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and organised working style.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Experience with financial systems is advantageous (e.g. SAP, Oracle Essbase).
