An Industrial Equipment company is seeking an Internal Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This unique hybrid role is offering an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating designs and has an interest in AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling the company’s products and services using excellent sales skills and customer service, whilst upselling and ensuring the successful conversion of enquiries.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical and commercial support for products and services via email, telephone, face-to-face and online meetings.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations on customer specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Support Area Sales Managers with customer specifications and quotations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, pricing, and market positioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain long-term relationships.
- Collect and share customer feedback and market intelligence with the Sales Director and Sales Manager.
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of our products.
- Process sales orders in line with our company procedures.
Marketing:
- Translate sales-side knowledge into marketing outputs for advertising, PR, and exhibitions.
- Utilize AI tools to create design concepts for catalogues and websites.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, promotional items, and novelties.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal sales/ sales admin/ sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in design creation (personal or professional); proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Interested in some AI tools.
- Strong self-learning attitude and proactive approach.
- Positive can-do mindset.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on experience)
