Support clients from corporations, consulting firms, and investment funds in addressing critical decision‑making challenges by quickly identifying and connecting them with the most relevant industry experts and ensuring the successful execution of one‑on‑one online consultations. Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and define project scope
- Source and vet experts (sourcing and screening)
- Conduct compliance checks, negotiate rates, and schedule calls
- Facilitate online consultations and manage post‑call follow‑up (collect feedback, handle repeat requests)
- Maintain data accuracy, build internal knowledge, and proactively propose next engagements
Required Qualifications
- English: Advanced business level (phone, negotiation, email). All expert communication is in English. Outreach often feels similar to cold calling individuals who may not be actively seeking engagement, so quick responsiveness and clear explanation skills are essential.
- Japanese: Business level. Used for client communication and internal coordination with the Japan team.
- Additional skills: Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, strong coordination, research, and compliance awareness, proficiency with online meeting tools and basic CRM operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, investment, primary research, or expert network industry
- Industry knowledge (TMT, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.)
- Experience in new business development or negotiation (Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Experience in building team knowledge and driving process improvements
Working Conditions
- Location: Near Reading, UK
- Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 local time
- Commuting Allowance: Up to £60 per day fully reimbursed
- Salary: £27,000 for entry‑level / up to £30,000 for experienced candidates (based on current benchmarks)
