Position: Sales Executive
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (negotiable for candidates with sales experience). Subject to satisfactory performance during the contract period, there will be an opportunity for permanent employment.

Role Overview: A Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and positive junior-level sales professional with a strong willingness to learn. In this role, you will focus primarily on managing and developing existing clients, selling manufacturing-related products, and contributing to sales growth across Europe through regular communication with customers. You will be responsible for clients across various European countries and will be required to visit them in person, with overseas business travel taking place approximately twice per month. Candidates must hold a European (including UK) driving licence, or be able to convert a Japanese driving licence promptly. The company offers a friendly and supportive working environment, and it is common for employees to remain with the company for many years after joining.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A valid UK work visa with no requirement for future visa sponsorship. Please note that applicants holding YMS or PSW visas cannot be considered.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Availability to travel internationally within Europe 1–2 times per month (2–3 days per trip).
- A valid driving licence (issued by any country).
- Strong motivation to grow in sales and account management.
- Ability to enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Basic PC skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Two or more years of sales experience.
- Experience in the electronics or electronic components industry.
- Japanese speaking is a plus.
