Position: Japanese Speaking Editor and Translator

Employment status: Full-time

Location: Burton Trent, DE14 2WD

Salary: £26,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-16:30

Job description:

  • Edit financial reports to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy.
  • Format reports and prepare them for publication.
  • Translate financial documents from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy while maintaining natural expression.

Skills and Experience:

  • Native level English and high writing ability in Japanese.
  • Deep understanding of grammar and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and basic data visualization tools.

Visa: Have a visa that allows you to work in the UK indefinitely (If you have a Tier 4 or Tier 5 visa, only those with experience in a financial institution are eligible to apply).
