Japanese Brand Beverage Company seeks for Sales Manager\\n\\nSales Manager\\n\\nLocation: London (home base)\\n\\nSalary: up to 60K GBP\\n\\nDescription of Position\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n• Learn and get insight into beer business and markets (both on- and off-sites) by doing job, supported by the expat sales team in Dusseldorf and the French, Italian, German and Spanish sales manager\\n• Closely working with wholesalers and diverse customers, establish trust among them, develop and strengthen the network\\n• Intensive CRM\\n• Always look out for market intelligence, new trends and business opportunities by talking to “market” and share the information with the\\nsales team and the French, Italian, German and Spanish colleague\\n• Develop strategies and actions for sales and marketing to exploit business opportunities together with the sales team in Dusseldorf\\n• Expand business in the designated markets\\n• Participate, initiate and facilitate sales, customer events\\n• Responsible for social media marketing (Facebook, X, Instagram etc.) for the designated markets\\n• Establish and develop intensive network among food and beer experts and influencers\\n• Business travels in the designated markets, also to Japan (sometimes)\\n• Making market/trend reports for the company.\\n\\nSkills\\nEducation Academic degree in any subject, alternatively any professional / vocational qualification\\n\\nLanguage: English and Japanese\\n\\nExperience / Professional competency\\n• Over 5 years of sales experience in both on and off-premise channels within the beer industry\\n• Expertise in trade marketing and promotional strategy\\n• Strong background in budget planning and financial management\\n• Proven ability to lead and drive business growth\\n• Excellent business etiquette and professional communication skills
