The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a growing Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on building end-to-end data-intensive applications across front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate with consultants, AI engineers, analysts, and clients to deliver scalable business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
- Build APIs and backend services
- Develop data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Work across AWS and Azure environments
- Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
- Support analytics and AI-ready platforms
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize production systems
- Contribute to technical proposals and solution architecture
- Produce technical documentation
Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- AWS and/or Azure experience
- Backend development and API design
- Data pipeline and ETL/ELT experience
- Git and CI/CD knowledge
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred Skills
- React and Next.js
- Snowflake or Databricks
- dbt and Power BI
- AI / Machine Learning awareness
- Experience with modern AI data platforms
- Agile delivery experience
- Japanese language skills
