Japanese Food Company in South London is seeking an Operation Coordinator to manage daily route planning for a fleet of around 20 vehicles delivering 200+ orders each day.

The role is onsite in South London with hours from 11:00 to 20:00 and a salary up to 32K GBP.

You will support the Operations team with compliance activities, driver debriefs, and handling customer queries, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with Fish Production and warehouse teams to align transport plans.
