This new position mainly manages Office administration and the maintenance of the facility systems including sundries/stationaries ordering, planning and coordinating the use of sub-contractors and suppliers. In addition, expecting engagement in future-oriented HR-related work through the support of CS members of staff

<Salary range>

£30,000+bonus

  • Salary increase and Bonus depends on Company business results, Performance, etc.

<Location>

At least three times a week to come to Office

Taking Fire warden training and First Aid Training

<Primary Roles>

Handle mainly day-to-day duties regarding general administration area including IT and office managements works.

Cover the team member\’s tasks in their absence

<General Administration >

Managing the maintenance of the facility systems in the office. Duties include planning and coordinating the use of sub-contractors and suppliers in the delivery of planned preventive maintenance, annual checks. Ensuring that the office meets health and safety standards and compliant.

Managing payments by the due date.

Conduct security management including SECOM, evacuation drills.

Implement Staff entertainment arrangement

Support IT Consultant and conduct IT matters including Adobe licence

Checking stock of sundries and stationary supplies and ordering in the timely manner

<Human Resource >

Supporting expats accommodation arrangement including reviewing contract, and assisting expats with setting up utilities

Supporting maintaining and improving work environment where required.

<Recruitment target>

Native level of English, Not required but Japanese language skills are even better

3+ years of experience in coordinating maintenance and administration regardless of business area

Strong attention to detail

Fundamentalcommunication skills

Knowledge of basic health and safety in the office environment

Proactive mind-set and willing to learn
