JapanesenTrading House is seeking for: Associate Project Finance for Infrastructure Infrastructure Investment Industrial Infra Player Salary: 70-90K Location: City Duties and Responsibilities include: * Lead the financial modelling workstream for various M&A and BOT opportunities as well as supporting on managing existing operational asset models * Identify and research potential investment targets and sectors, expanding from e and water, to general infrastructure * Work as part of the team in the origination, development, structuring, negotiating and bidding for large scale PPP, water and waste infrastructure projects and/or M&A transactions * Lead due diligence processes and advisors * Support project financing and structure /negotiate key project documents, including EPC, O&M etc * Create and / or work with complex financial models which support the analysis of greenfield and brownfield opportunities * Review and input into legal, commercial and technical documentation, as required, for optimised project structuring * Prepare internal approval papers * Monitor and assess performance of existing investment portfolio and ensuring maximisation of shareholder return Skills and Experience: * Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, law * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience gained in either a leading industrial infrastructure player or financial institution with project finance or infrastructure investment background, ideally with a power, water, energy from waste or PPP background * Highly numerate with strong analytical and negotiating skills * Advanced financial modelling skills * Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice * Fluent in English with excellent oral and written skill * Eligible to work in UK without restriction
