Role Overview
This role is central to ensuring smooth logistics operations and accurate product delivery across Europe. In addition to logistics coordination, the position includes sales administrative support, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. It offers broad exposure to supply chain operations in a growing international business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements with freight forwarders and transport providers
- Manage invoicing and monitor sales and logistics costs
- Track inventory and sales data; prepare reports
- Analyse data using Excel (sales, margins, logistics metrics)
- Liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and customers on delivery schedules
- Support sales team with timely updates and operational assistance
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage workflow priorities and support process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
Must have
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or trade administration
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. IF functions and data handling)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience negotiating with freight forwarders or transport companies
- Experience working in a small team environment
- Exposure to process improvement or operations optimisation
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level for internal and external communication
- English: Advanced level for dealing with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers (phone & email)
Location & Work Style
- Location: Twickenham, Greater London
- Work style: Office-based (no remote work)
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–16:30 (37.5 hours/week, 30-min unpaid break)

Employment Type & Salary
- Permanent position
- Salary: £25,000–£33,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Twice yearly, based on company and individual performance
