Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Hybrid Working Style: Tuesday and Thursday at the office, the other days work from home
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure smooth workflows, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan, develop, and implement production schedules to meet manufacturing targets efficiently.
- Conduct detailed demand forecasting and analysis to determine production volumes and material requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Ensure effective control and optimization of raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on production performance, supply chain metrics, and demand forecasts.
Familiarity with Japanese culture is an added advantage.
